I follow his golf rankings, and there is nearly always a player that is in the top 10, that really has no business being there.

I’m not sure exactly how I feel about Sagarin’s SEC vs BigXII rankings, but I’m not too impressed to start.

The average rank for the BigXII schools is 12.75, and the SEC average is 17.88. The OU ranking is ridiculous. The top 3 SEC schools have a combined ranking of 10, with 3 losses in their pod. The top 3 XII schools have 7 (?) losses and combined ranking of 17. Is KSU better than USC-e, let alone A&M? And Mizzou better than UGA? I wasn’t aware of a historical bias by Sagarin for the XII, but what does it tell you if they’re getting highly inflated and OSU still can’t leap Bama?
