Did this admission come sometime shortly before the Pennsylvania primary? :dubious:![]()
This sounds suspiciously like Hillary Clinton revealing that she was always a Yankees fan.

Footballs the one with the pointy ball, right?
Dunno. There are two pro football teams in Pennsylvania, and claiming to be a Steeler fan won’t automatically endear one to fans of the Eagles - who also did well this year.
We’ll probably have a gay atheist as president before we have one who’s openly anti-football.
So, are we going to pit every stupid thing someone writes about President Obama? It’s going to be a long four (hopefully eight) years.
I am not a Republican. I am conservative on some issues, but liberal on just as many. I’ll cop to “libertarian” if you define it broadly enough.
She brought up the “freepers” as one of the targets of her ire.
As a Yankees fan that made me like her less. It was hard to buy.
Freepers=Nutjobs. I don’t consider them conservatives. I consider them stupid at best, and complete fucking lunatics at best.
This, however:
is complete and utter bullshit. But hey, believe what you want.
So I repeat my question: what was the point of the thread? Someone on another thread finds someone somewhere saying something stupid, and you bring it here because …
Emphasis added. So there’s no worst-case scenario here?
I’m guessing too it’s because Dan Rooney was a big supporter.
Elendil’s Heir, :smack The latter would be the worst.
furt: It’s called “Recreational Outrage.” It’s all the rage!
Dude, the Steelers are a religion around here. You know what they say about Pittsburgh-“We’re a drinking town with a football problem.”
So fair-weather fans piss me off.
No, next would be pitting the comments on youtube.com videos.
(stupid editing time limits)
And making it about politics-“wwaaaah, such and such politician roots for my team, so I’m not going to anymore!!!” Or, “Dan Rooney supports Obama!!! So I’m not going to root for the Steelers!!!” That’s so pathetic and stupid.
Now stop fucking hijacking my thread, goddammit. If you have a problem with it, GO TO CLEVELAND.
Would you please stop asking people you don’t like to go to Cleveland? We like it here, and most of us backed Obama too! Send them to… oh, I don’t know… Salt Lake City!
It’s a natural thing for us Pittsburghers. If someone pisses us off, their either from Cleveland or should go to Cleveland. Especially a fair-weather Steelers fan. If you aren’t loyal to the black and gold you should just go up to brownies country!
That pissed people off because there are pictures of Hillary wearing Cubs hats from years before she announced her run. And I believe someone dug up a quote where she mentioned being a lifelong fan of the Cubs.
I don’t think Obama ever made any such statements beyond saying he became a Bears fan after moving to Chicago.
