My sincere apologies, everyone. I do know better. I thought the “Mitt ain’t one” was enough of a tip-off, failing to consider that my cultural touchstones aren’t necessarily shared.

I understand that when it’s a bit.ly or goes to some place many people haven’t heard of, but it’s a youtube link, you could just click on it and see what it is, you know it’s going to be a video of some sort, it’s not going to contain a virus and if you’re at work, turn the volume down until you figure out what it is. Hell, there’s usually enough lag in the player to turn the YT volume down so you don’t have to mess with your system/speaker volume.
But like the OP said, the Obama’s got Problems/Mitt Ain’t One made me guess it was going to have something to do with the Jay-Z song. Anything more would have been like telling people the punchline to a joke before telling them the joke (that way they can tell you ahead of time if they want to hear it or not).
FTR, I totally understand wanting a description when someone posts a link to a long video or a video as part of a bigger OP in a context where it needs some introduction, or posting a lecture, or some of the OPs we get from new members that are just simply, “What do you think of this video?” and nothing more etc…but still it’s easy enough to click on it (again, because we can easily see it’s a youtube video), see you’re going to need help trying to figure out what the OP wants and going back and asking.
Well I clicked the link (after reading all the previous posts) and I gotta say: That video sucks ass. It’s barely coherent and I wasn’t entertained.
The video’s dumb but not as dumb as the first 4 and the 6th comments.
Other than “I got 99 problems but Mitt’s not one” that video was completely incoherent and unintelligible. I would say A for effort but… no.
I liked the ending, but… gas prices? Really?
