I’m feeling incredibly slow because I don’t understand what on earth went on there. Did he or did he himself know who he was? Why couldn’t other people recognise him? I’m very confused. Could someone explain?
He was under the curse of that grey thing he wore on his head. It was given to him by the last guild master. No one could recognize him anymore. But he knew himself. When he passed it on to you, the curse was lifted for him. I forget why the curse doesn’t affect you.
He used the Elder Scroll from your last heist to break the curse. That was the whole reason he had you do it so he could return to his life.
