Michigan & Wisconsin - what the hell?
This morning, they were both states to watch - but the polls put her 5+ points up. She’s now down by 5 in both states?
Were the pollsters drunk?

I know I’m panicking. Can she?

Predictwise is now showing a 72% chance of Trump winning. I am in shock.

Nobody is talking Florida. Is Florida done?

REM called it a long time ago (check out 0:31).

This time, why not the worst? Vote Trump the Cat.

So sayeth America… so sayeth the world

Why, he could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and he wouldn’t lose voters.

Given where the prediction markets were several hours ago, I’m not sure I’d put too much faith in them.

Talking about it right now on NBC.

They still haven’t called a single swing state and Trump needs to sweep them all. The betting markets are overreacting. If you can get 75% odds against Clinton I’d make that bet every time!

78% likely to be Trump.

The NYT thinks so. None of the other major media outlets seem to have called it for Trump yet though.

Secession not looking so bad now, eh? Eh?

You and me both.

Too early to call, Fiveyearlurker. But by all means, stay tuned.

People vote for Clinton because they think she’s sensible if boring, and she’s not Trump. I don’t think there’s too many people who would be highly embarrassed to admit to that choice. Contrastingly, an emotional desire to vote for Trump because he’s a racist white alpha male, even though you know the sensible and politically correct choice might be Clinton, that’s something that a lot of nominally moderate people might not want to admit to themselves, even though that’s what they feel.

Wayne County also has the largest population of people of Arabic descent outside the Arab states.

This isn’t real, is it? Surely most of the those swing states will all eventually be blue, just not yet?

NYT and the betting markets don’t seem to think so. Who knows though. There seems to be some wackiness in MO.
