Re Keith Richards as Papa Sparrow:
It’s gone back and forth for as long as I’ve been paying attention. First he was in, then some hinted he wanted too much money, so he was out. Then, at one of the movie awards shows a couple of months ago, Depp said that KR would probably be in. So it’s up in the air, I guess. Personally, I’d love to see him in the role. He could play a zombie with no special effects whatsoever.

The film’s subtitle is Dead Man’s Chest, which almost makes some sort of bizarre sense when paired with The Passion of the Christ.
I’d like to see Johnny Depp play Jesus and fight Pirates. I think that would kick so much ass.
