I find that driving a really powerful vechical is close to orgasmic to me. Whenever I slide behind the wheel of a '01 BMW M Roadster, a '69 Olds 442, or another great muscle car I can’t help but get chills. But then when I turn over the engine, and rev it just a little…oh wow…
anyways, I would have to say that my favorite car of all time is would be something like a 2001 BMW M3. To me no car has ever been so beautiful (although there are some very close seconds).

It will be mine…oh yes, it will be mine.
I live on the Texas coast and love to fish. I’ve always had a four wheel drive truck. (and I’ve still managed to get myself stuck!)
But I digress. A few years ago I had an 81 Camaro. That was lots of fun. The 69’s look pretty tough too.
I’ll still take a four wheel drive truck anyday though.
I’m with Tyfelke on the sensuality, almost sexuality of cars and driving, and with Gunslinger about the Superbird, but only if it’s Petty Blue. Also, old Camaros.
I can’t believe nobody has mentioned the Audi TT!!! Especially in that shark-steel-blue!!! My LORD, drop dead gorgeous from every angle.
AND on the same note what about the current model Porsche 911 or even the Boxster?! Both of those look lovely, and I mean LOVELY in black or dark blue!
BMW Z3s are far too contrived.
The BMW 3 series coupe however can look quite beautiful in the darker colours or in that silvery colour they have. Epsecially with wheel-arch flairs and side skirts and front and rear aprons.
Any Ferrari is always an occasion whenever you see one too.
The Ferrari 250 GTO (1962)
There. Is. No. Greater. Car.
Unfortunately, the 37 remaining ones are worth about USD 10 million each (yes, really). So it doesn’t look like I’m ever getting one.
Other than that, I rate the following cars very highly as well:
The Ferrari 512 BB (1973-1985). Mind you, NOT the BBi version. Gimme Weber carburettors over Bosch K-tronic injectors anyday!
CAMERON and FERRIS enter the garage through the plate glass sliding doors. The garage is filled with fine luxury automobiles. They stand in awe before a beautiful red Ferrari.
----------CAMERON
The 1958 Ferrari 250 GTS California. Fewer than a hundred were made. My father spent two years restoring it. It is his joy, his love, his passion…
----------FERRIS
…It is his fault he didn’t lock the garage!
(From “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” by John Hughes.)
Me, I would like nothing more than either an NSX that’s been worked… although not a lot, because it’s pretty quick on it’s own.
And for more realistic world usage, a 93 Twin-Turbo Supra, with all the luscious goodies that TRD can put out… with this baby worked, I would be more than willing to race any car listed to this point.
The flip-side would be a Civic Type R, not allowed over here, but it would make me the envy of all other Import Racers in my area, at least.
The Superbird also has the added bonus of looking goofy enough in stock form to play some serious mind games with the rice-boys. (Keep in mind that the Road Runner was a big car before they added the 18-inch nosecone.)
