At the People Pages, I had originally posted my high school graduation picture. But, it was old, and my hair isn’t curly like that (unless I care to waste my hours curling it). Plus it just seemed to fancy in the midst of the everyday look of most of the photos. I got some mild teasing for posting that pic…
So, I replaced it with an everyday pic of me, the one from my web page. This is me after coming home from work, taking the hair down from a bun, washing off makeup, and throwing on a favorite flannel. This is also how I typically look while posting–rather than the maximum froo-froo look of the previous pic. (And thanks for changing the pix, Shayna!) The pic is here: Yahoo | Mail, Weather, Search, Politics, News, Finance, Sports & Videos
May I say what a pleasure it was to meet you at the LA doperfest? You are charming, intelligent, and a very attractive lady! Brian is such a lucky guy.
As for your high school graduation photo, it was GREAT! Great enough to make my Crush list.
I like your current photo, too. As a matter of fact, I’m not sure that you can take a bad photo.
…and now that I’ve buttered you up sufficiently…
(No, it’s not what you all are thinking–I’ve met Brian, too–he could stomp the piss out of me…)
Anyway, I’ve gotta correct teacher on her home page. (A very nice home page, by the way.)
Frick, that’s still there? Someone corrected me about that (and man, I was embarrassed) like…two years ago, when I made that web page (it’s on the photo album, not the main page). Apparently, indolence and/or forgetfulness got in the way and I never corrected it. Feeling du-umb. And fixing it now.
AndYrAStar - I don’t know if you’re snickering at me for being 17 or for how I described myself. If it’s the latter, that’s as accurate as I can get it (I may be off by a few pounds on my weight). The last time I bench pressed in kickboxing I was barely able to hit 275 (Although that was some while ago, and I have rather slacked off on my weights).
Of course, I can press more than 75. Maybe not 275, but I needed an impressive number.
Someday I’ll find out how much I can really press…I know it will be at least 150 (That’s how much my friend weighs, and I’m always lifting him over my head).
The way you described yourself. Well, actually, the fact that you mentioned all that at all. I thought it was funny. But you listed cool bands at your webpage, so I think I can forgive you for being silly.
I am 5’6, 130lbs, and just the other day found myself unable to lift a 50 pound weight thingie
<cough> ANYWAY, you all may now resume discussing Ruffian
