Well, guess who called me up. At 1:30 a.m. Wasn’t expecting that, but since I had sufficiently decompressed by that point … and he did ask nicely …
Didn’t start making my pork chop till around 3:45 a.m. but the marmalade sauce was damn tasty & worth the wait. Had to cook quietly, but that was worth the effort as someone was rested up for Round II after I had sufficiently refueled.

If they weren’t closed on Sundays, I’d probably be shoveling some into my mouthhole right now.
It’s so utterly nutritionally devoid - as only soft, beige food can be - but so dang good - again, as soft, beige food can often be.
My only “upgrade” was adding chopped green onions, during the brief interval at home between picking it up & heading to work. Definitely a welcome addition.

instead of driving over to the Krispy Kreme … Buttermilk Pancakes, Bacon and Orange Juice. Probably as many calories
… but you swapped sugar for both protein and Vitamin C, so technically, much healthier.
