Absofuckinlutely. Even the text articles are filled with fluff (not just CNN, but everyone’s). If you’re following a story, you only need 1 or 2 of the 5 paragraphs, maybe even just 4 or 5 sentences. Everything else is just a rehash. It really is a waste of time to spend 3-5 minutes watching a clip for the 4 or 5 new sentences.
The truth is, there really isn’t that much news each day; most of it is just olds.

I, for one, am glad O.J.'s back in the news. Most of the news these days is about stupid bullshit that either pisses me off or shouldn’t be on the news in the first place.

Holy shit I cannot agree with this enough. I don’t know; maybe if CNN’s video player was as good as YouTube (it isn’t) I’d be okay with it. But yeah, I’ve ignored half their content of late because it’s video. Dear CNN: STOP DOING THIS. I AM NOT WATCHING YOUR STUPID BULLSHIT.
