I remember it being mentioned here at the time.
Sounds like he’d love Project 2025.
No. For him, and the rest of his cultists, Project 2025 doesn’t go far enough.
Yeah, I can imagine…
“The Holocaust is such a sad time in world history.”
“I agree, such a missed opportunity!”
nevermind. (I responded to an old post.)

My old church, which is Episcopalian, held a “seder” one year, although I didn’t attend. (I had just moved back to town.) It wasn’t really kosher, but they did have roast lamb, bitter herbs, etc., prepared in the church’s kitchen.
The Episcopal church we attended when we lived in Atlanta held a seder every holy week that was presided over by a rabbi who was golfing buddies with the rector. And to bring this back to topic, said rector could afford his club dues because he had his fingers in the collection basket. He ain’t a priest no more.

(On a lighter note, I was reading a magazine article about the Beastie Boys, and during the interviews, they went to Graceland. One of the Boys asked the guide, “Was Elvis Jewish?” The guide said, “Elvis studied many religions, but he was Assembly of God.” Mr. BB replied, “Oh, he looked to me like he attended a lot of seders.”) Rimshot!
I guess the rimshot was a good idea, because I don’t get it.
I’m guessing all the food. There was much more Elvis near the end of his life than at the beginning of his career.
And you have to figure in that the Beastie Boys are Jewish hence Seders and not something like fish fries or pot luck church suppers .
Adam “Ad-Rock” Horovitz, Adam “MCA” Yauch, and Michael “Mike D” Diamond.
Yeah, that’s the closest I could come. And it supports MHO* that the rimshot was appropriate and necessary.
*MHO = My Humble Opinion . Long-time kaylasdad99 -watchers will note how rarely I characterize my assertions as O.
Or H.
Oh, good heavens. No pun intended.
That’s correct. Sorry if people didn’t get it.
I was going to put this in the stupid MFs thread, but realized this was a suitable location too.
They were probably doing a lot more than yelling “Jesus is Lord”.

I’ve heard the audio, and they were calling her a liar and shouting “Lies! Lies!” just before she responded to them.
True, but changing it to “Jesus is Lord!” before she shut them down resonates better with a particular target audience.
