I wsa giving the benifit of the doubt to our new friend Euphrosyne in the baker case thread, but she(/he?) has crossed the line from naive, faithful, and dedicated to ones faith, to outright trollery.
Massive overreaction to anything that is said, continued accusations that anyone who is looking to prevent discrimination is no different from the soviet union institution chattel slavery, and an admonishment that she note that others have suffered far more for their faith than baking a cake she takes as a death threat.
She is either remarkably stupid, and incapable of having a productive conversation, or is a troll, and has no desire. Either way, I don’t think I will be responding to her anymore unless she calms the fuck down and actually respond to what people write, not to what the voices in her head are telling her.
I looked up her name in the translate tool. “Ευφροσην” seems to mean “courtesy”, “Ευφροσύνη” means “gladness”, but I am not sure what the right transliteration would be.
I think it transliterates in to, “There’ll be gladness when she does the courtesy of buggering off.”

I think you’re mistaken about Reimann– in general and in that thread in particular. Note that you got 2 mod notes in that thread about dialing it back, not anyone else. Anyway, I think Reimann is a well informed poster who can craft a well written post, and has been a very good addition to this board since he joined a couple years ago.

I agree that Reimann was not being arrogant in that thread, and was trying to help with what he described as limited time. I see nothing wrong with his posts.
I think we should. This thread has devolved largely into that anyway. Why not split off the annoyances R us for petty beefs, and leave this thread for troll spotting?

Thirding the motion for a general snark thread. If I had a vote that is. This thread would be better dedicated to discussion of actual trolls and socks. But I would enjoy a general snark thread too.
ETA this is sort of the point of the minirants threads, but we’ve gotten a lot meaner and snarkier since it developed its faithful group of posters.
Why don’t you start that thread, then? We promise we won’t snark at you here for doing so. 
I don’t like the idea, because it would mean people would start arguing over whether something really goes in the troll thread or the annoyances thread. I also suspect a “snark” thread would devolve to everyone complaining about every little thing and become very tedious.
