For what it’s worth I got (I think) most of the literature questions. Missed the Eames question (please don’t tell my prof from 2 semesters of furniture design…yoiks!). I know the capitol of North Dakota, but not for whom it’s named…I did type Otto von, but that can’t be it, can it?
According to Wikipedia, Edwinton was renamed to Bismarck in 1873 in honor of the German Chancellor.
Am I an idiot for spending 10 seconds thinking that the capital was Pierre (South Dakota), then furiously pounding in Otto von Bismarck at the last second? 
Not as dumb as I am for remembering that it starts with a B and that Billings is a state capital… of, what, Montana? Argh!
Heh. Billings is the largest city in Montana; but the capital is Helena.
