DAMN! Why did I say Eugene, Oregon? I knew it as soon as I hit the button!
I think I got most at least. What’s the British book award? All I could think of was Caldecott which I’m pretty sure isn’t right.

Well - that was interesting.
I didn’t do great. Some felt good, others… not so much.
Answers I remember in no particular order
Hague Plague
Bleak House
Drowsy Chaperone (I think)
Real World
The Kite Runner
Gadsden Purchase
Heh. I’ve already forgotten most of the questions.
Don’t feel bad, I said Eugene too.
Was the Baltimore author Poe?
I think I did ok. Interesting stuff.
Yep, definitely Poe.
There were at least 10 or 12 I blew. “Hague plague”…dammit!
Yes.
I got an email from Sony Pictures on Monday notifying me that my password had been changed. Tonight I tried to log in for the test and neither the new password nor my old one would work. I’ve emailed their tech support. I can only hope they get it straightened out before the Pacific Time test tomorrow.
Most disappointing.
I did horribly. I blanked on the COrdelia and sisters question. That was Lear, right?
I missed a lot of them. COuldn’t even think of something to type. The only city I could think of in Oregon was Portland, then thought of Eugene. I ran out of time and didn’t fully delete the word “portland” so my submittal was “peug”
They will not be calling me.
Maybe 30 correct. What was really annoying were the ones I knew I knew but couldn’t come up with and not the ones I had no clue about.
I said Poe.
Aaugghhh! I’ve got Teh Stupid! I blanked on so many questions - who the hell was the actor in the new movie - I know he played Jack Sparrow, and …
f**k’in Johnny Depp. Please tell me I’m wrong, and I just didn’t know at all…
Do they let you know how many you answered right/wrong? (I know they don’t at live auditions, though I’ve always passed and never received “the call”.)
Was the football trophy the Heissman? (That’s what I put because it’s the only one I could think of.)
Yes (though I put Lear instead of King Lear- I don’t remember the wording so maybe it won’t count against me).
Oh, and what “UN” family do hooved animals belong to?
Looked it up: Ungulate. (I actually put undulate for no apparent reason- wonder if I’ll get credit
?)
Ungulates
Tebow won the Heisman, hooved animals are ungulates. That one was a lucky guess for me.
You didn’t know it at all. He was played by Janislav Bradobaiozu Zubnick.
Thanks, buddy!
I also didn’t start looking at the categories until about halfway through… :smack:
What was the thing about the two people living in this title building? I guess Bleak House, but I really had no idea.
Last year I auditioned in Dallas. Before the audition, some of us compared notes regarding our online tests. Several people thought they had 35 correct answers on the online test; no one in that group had less than 35. Of course, since the results of the test are not divulged to contestants, there’s a bit of iffiness about knowing exactly how you did (especially regarding misspellings or alternate, possibly-correct answers).
