Note: You need not have seen all ten films to vote. Just go with your gut.
My selections:
127 Hours
The King’s Speech
The Social Network
True Grit
Winter’s Bone

Well, I could only decide on four for sure: The Fighter, The King’s Speech, The Social Network, and Toy Story 3.
For my fifth vote I’d have to choose between 127 Hours and True Grit, a decision I was not prepared to make :).
I think they’re all really good, but I chose…
Inception
The King’s Speech
The Social Network
True Grit
Winter’s Bone
It was a very hard decision between True Grit and 127 Hours. I went with TG because it’s closer to my heart, both with history (I love the book and the '69 movie) and because of my long-time love affair with the Coens. But damn, 127 Hours is so great. And I’ve met Danny Boyle, while I haven’t met anyone involved with True Grit.
I’ve only seen The Kids Are All Right, Toy Story 3, Inception, & The Social Network…IMO only TKAAR & TSN are Best Picture worthy. From what I’ve heard/read, True Grit, The King’s Speech, The Fighter, Winter’s Bone, & 127 Hours are a cut above the rest.
Maybe you should have asked which ones don’t deserve to be on the list?
Nope. I asked the question I wanted to ask.

The Kids are All Right is the best movie I’ve seen this year. I’ve only seen a few of the nominees, though. Still, it’d be hard to beat.
I’ll be darned if I understand the acclaim for “The Social Network.” It was a good movie, but it didn’t strike me as being any sort of masterwork.
Dang, this has been a slow movie year for me. I’ve seen Inception and True Grit. The former was a reasonably fun puzzle with a couple of amazing visuals, but with a fairly flat supporting cast and (for me) little emotional resonance. The latter is one of the most perfect movies I’ve ever seen.
