People you hate for no good reason.

Hate, strongly dislike, are tired of, whatever.

No need to explain, unless you feel a huge urge. A plain list is fine.
The start of my list, in no particular order at all:

Meryle Streep

The Boss

That guy in Apt 23

The cashier from Walmart last Tuesday

Ryan Seacrest.

Under the HATE category:

Kathy Griffin

Talented, but I can’t stand them: Streep, Cage

Untalented, and I can’t stand them: Spears, Lohan, Simpson, whatever the next Twinkie-of-the-Month is.

Rachael Ray

The couple two doors down that continues to put bags of dirty diapers in our trash can.

Bobby Flay- I’m an episode of “throw down” away from starting a Pit thread.

I’m so over Perez Hilton AND Paris Hilton.

All those little smirking punks on That 70’s Show can fuck off and die, and take their shitty show to hell with them.

People who bitch and moan about turning 30.

People who rail against “The Man” and spout off about how people deserve “the truth” about vaccines, what happened on 9-11 and Obama’s “Muslim heritage”.

Graduates students who have never held a job and act shocked that you can go to school and hold a job at the same time.

Creepy jackoffs who give everyone that looks in their direction the stink eye.

I guess that’s it for right now.

Well, I wasn’t thinking that…but I am now and I totally agree! I had a friend try to tell me that show is funny…funnier than Arrested Development!

Me? I can’t stand the guy in the Sprint ads. I assume he’s the CEO or something. I’m talking about those ads that are in black-and-white and he’s in a cafe or walking down the street talking about how Sprint can help you.

He’s just so…smug. He’s the kind of guy who comes back to your table after taking a huge dump in the bathroom, with that smug look of pride about the smell he left in there.

I can’t stand that guy!

Seconded, but because he scares me. The man is a serial killer - it’s all there in his cold, dead eyes.

Mac from the “PC vs. Mac” ads.

And I don’t hate him, but I also don’t get the nation’s love for Dane Cook.

This doesn’t seem to be “no good reason”. That is an EXCELLENT reason.

My contribution to the thread? All Dallas Cowboys.

Although these three players may now be exempt from my hatred.

People who wear clothing 4 sizes too big, and then belt their pants under their rear
Adult native English speakers who cannot understand directions targeted for 4th graders
People who abuse their children and/or pets

I can’t stand the smug husband of my wife’s best friend.
We get thrown together a lot and he name-drops and tops all stories. And somehow makes people like waiters assume he is everyone’s boss by choosing the table or the wine.

I hate Sarah Palin because she is so intent on spin. Every line she utters in public seems disingenuous and distorted, sometimes to comic effect, but I still hate to see her speak.

I hate this bagger at the local Walgreens who insists on double bagging everyone’s purchases.
If I buy gum she wants to bag it, and if I buy a box of candy she wants to bag it separate from the box of tissues. Logic doesn’t work on her. She’ll say “You don’t want your food touching your sundries!” And I’ll say “They were just touching in the shopping basket, I think they’ll do fine” But no luck, I get two bags. No touching of packaged food and packaged sundries on her watch!

I hate all the chatty local “banter” news announcers that completely undo the message after reading the news. There will be a person who sues city hall with a valid complaint, and wins, and then they banter “Well, that proves you can’t fight City Hall”, the opposite of their own report. Which I presume they read off the prompter but didn’t even listen to.

Celebrites. People with any association with UCLA or Notre Dame.

Nancy Grace and Fundies don’t make the list 'cause there is every reason in the world to hate them!

A lot of these examples seem to have good reasons for the hate. I have an irrational dislike for Kevin Kline. I don’t know why, I just don’t find him entertaining, and that annoys me.

Brangelina. I do think they are sincere about their humanitarian efforts, and they seem to be good parents. They still annoy the hell out of me for some reason.

It’s because they’re everywhere. Less so than they seemed to be a few months ago, though.

Along the same lines, that John & Kate family. Well, the parents anyway. You can’t stand in line at the grocery store without seeing their faces, especially the mom. I’ve never once seen the show though, so I don’t really know what they’re like - I’m just sick of seeing them.

Yeah, that and the fact that they often appear smug. Not a good reason but there it is.

Untalented, and I can’t stand them: Spears, Lohan, Simpson, whatever the next Twinkie-of-the-Month is.

Add the Twilght movie people, the Olsen twins, the Gossip Girl people, and just about every other flash in the pan, tweeting, texting, overpaid, untalented nincompoop Hollywood foists upon the public, who inevitable draws them to its bosom…

Sometimes …

I hate friendly people.

Not kidding.
