My dobie is at that stage also. We have to help him do just about everything, and he shits the bed most nights. He’s happy as a clam though. A bossy little clam that holds my heart inside it.
Perfectly put.
Has your vet mentioned Librela? It’s a monthly injectable for dogs designed to relieve at least some of the pain and stiffness from arthritis in dogs.
The cat equivalent is Solensia, which my elderly former stray Bruiser gets. He was very stiff-moving when I adopted him from the rescue. My vet recommended the Solensia monthly shot and it’s done wonders for his comfort and mobility.
Alas, as far as I know there’s no human equivalent of those meds.
Yes! We tried it a couple of years ago with no noticeable effect, but her condition has worsened and we just decided to try it again: she got her first injection 10 days ago. I know it can take up to three injections to see a difference…I’m hopeful for her.
Good luck! I hope it works this time.
Bailey is adorable.
i’d love to cuddle up with him.
That face! Those paws!
They’re being a lot more subtle than my two noisy brats.
This is my favorite thread.
The tabby looks pretty serious about it! LOL!
Yes, that cat’s got quite a good glare on him.
I bet you know how to turn it into a purr, though –
I have been missing my kitties so I thought I’d post a couple of pictures. I may have posted them in the past in this thread. If so, I apologize.
The first two are when the dermatologist decided to muzzle Boris and turned him into Darth Kitty.
This one is when Natasha had a minor procedure and became a vampire.
ETA: w don’t know why they are so distorted. That is why I don’t post pictures but I think they’re OK if you click on them.
It looks like you’ve linked to the album, not the specific image, which happens semi-often, so no sweat. If I click on the last as an example, and open in a new page, and copy the address from that page I get:

[ I’ve used <> brackets around the above link to prevent it from auto loading, but just including the address on it’s own line gives you a direct photo, thusly ]
See? No stretching. Or when you’re in Imgur, you can click on a specific image, use the option to copy link (from the specific image) and it normally comes through properly.
This is what I am doing in Imgur. I click on the photo, hit the upload link icon and paste it in my post.
I am not sure how to copy an image to a new page on my phone.
NOT pet pictures, but as I just linked a bunch of cats from today’s CatFest in Colorado Springs, I have linked many recent pics in the following thread:
Aside to @psychobunny - Android, iOS or other? I’m sure given the people here we can find a way to do it on the phone.
