My dobie is at that stage also. We have to help him do just about everything, and he shits the bed most nights. He’s happy as a clam though. A bossy little clam that holds my heart inside it.

Has your vet mentioned Librela? It’s a monthly injectable for dogs designed to relieve at least some of the pain and stiffness from arthritis in dogs.
The cat equivalent is Solensia, which my elderly former stray Bruiser gets. He was very stiff-moving when I adopted him from the rescue. My vet recommended the Solensia monthly shot and it’s done wonders for his comfort and mobility.
Alas, as far as I know there’s no human equivalent of those meds.
Yes! We tried it a couple of years ago with no noticeable effect, but her condition has worsened and we just decided to try it again: she got her first injection 10 days ago. 
I know it can take up to three injections to see a difference…I’m hopeful for her.

It looks like you’ve linked to the album, not the specific image, which happens semi-often, so no sweat. If I click on the last as an example, and open in a new page, and copy the address from that page I get:

See? No stretching. Or when you’re in Imgur, you can click on a specific image, use the option to copy link (from the specific image) and it normally comes through properly.
This is what I am doing in Imgur. I click on the photo, hit the upload link icon and paste it in my post.
