Thanks Wolfpup.
A princess, living her best life!
What a good puppy! What is she? (Besides cute?)
Chloé having her nails done. She’ll sit still for anything, as long as there’s peanut butter involved.
This little cutie has taken to stopping by recently for food and couch hangouts. The UCDS does not seem to realize that we already have the maximum number of cats our lease permits (2).
The UCDS does not see the need for, nor does it recognize, such minor details.
Cute lil’ bugger, too.
He’s definitely that, and has a good purr motor. Also an impressive hiss for someone his size, and entirely too colorful a vocabulary for his age, as our established cats have found out.
I remember a cartoon in which a guy is lifting a cat, with a snorkel device on, out of the back toilet tank. “OK, Fluffy, you can come out now, the landlord is gone.”
Orange cats do seem to find you!
Darling addition to the crew!
Maybe the landlord can’t tell the difference between the presence of two cats and the presence of three?
No two of the three look that much alike (differing color schemes and sizes), but maintenance isn’t here THAT much and we’re at the opposite end of the complex from the leasing office.
(Seriously, we’re not going to screw around with the possibility of getting booted for a lease violation.)
The kitten will grow, reducing or removing the size difference.
But you know better than I do whether they’d throw you out immediately, or just require you to rehome the kit. Which it looks like you’ll have to do anyway, if you don’t keep him.
Available evidence suggests we’re not his only hangout, so I think we’re OK for now by classifying the little guy as a drop-in visitor rather than a household member.
Maybe one of his other hangouts isn’t up to two yet and will claim him. — eventually somebody’s going to need to take him to a vet, for a rabies shot if nothing else. Maybe you could ask around and get it coordinated.
