Can’t see the picture without signing in. (I can imagine, though – )
Ah, a feline in its natural habitat…atop a dryer.
Not my guess at all. I would have guessed either cat in laundry basket, or cat on top of, under, or amid a pile of laundry.
Definitely pretty cat, though.
My Toby, elder statesman to our two young cats. He’s recently mended from several serious puncture wounds. Honestly at one point we thought he was a goner, we said our goodbyes and I took him to our vet for euthanasia. She gave us a choice of a few more days on antibiotics with anti inflammatory and pain reliever. So I took him home and within days he rebounded! Then started licking the heck out of his wounds and got sick again. Put an e collar on him and the boy moped around, stopped eating and hid behind the furnace. Not a good sign. Then just like that he started eating again. And maneuvering around the house with the collar on. I got permission to remove the collar and the old boy is back to his usual self.
We suspect he was getting slimed and chewed on by either raccoons or opossum at night when he’d nap outside beneath a heating duct.
He’s an Indoor buddy now which his yowls at night are getting him banished to the garage.

‘You talkin’ to me?’
I was thinking, “We need to talk.”
@Son_of_a_Rich, your cat doesn’t seem to have a very high opinion about Dopers. I think sticking her tongue out at all of us is a little over the top.
You thought Luna needed a bath, she thought different.
Other than somewhat longer hair, Luna looks just like my dog. They even have the same food/water bowls. What are the odds of that?!
Oddly enough, he’s the only cat I’ve ever had that won’t just plop down on a pile of clothing. He actually walks around it. He’s a lovely fellow.
[Some one had way more persistence than me](Rope games Rope games - Album on Imgur)
At playing the ‘let’s shake the rope back and forth and pull your shoulder out of your socket’ game.
On the other hand I had a good work out .
You have a Dobe? Aren’t they the best?
Who’s a little fluffball? Ernie is!
That’s my brother in laws dobe, Hati, we regularly go over to their house for grilling cow and playing with the dog as we are currently an incomplete house.
That cat would like to have a serious conversation with you about the things you’re doing wrong in the laundry room.
No matter what I do I can’t get the picture to show up here in the thread. Anyway, Banjo is my 14 year old Lab/Border Collie mix and Croc is our Blue Heeler.
Banjo looks like “look what I have to put up with? This whippersnapper youngun.”
Banjo has forgotten that he was a holy terror as a puppy. I haven’t.
@wolfpup they are now friends and even cuddle on occasion. Also, I felt the same as you about little yuppie dogs until I watched this one for my neighbor back in 2019. She has totally captured my heart and is now mine (neighbor moved to AK and I got to keep her).
