Do you think Tom Knox will pull a Sam Katz after he loses on Tuesday and run as a Republican in November?
No because he couldn’t get on the ballot. He didn’t file for the GOP primary so unless Taubenberger drops out, he can’t be the candidate.
In theory, he could run as an independent, which Katz is already considering. Two wealthy independents with roughly the same views would seem to be a recipe for disaster for both of them.
I don’t know about that, I’m just happy we have an actual Nutter for running for mayor. (Michael Nutter that is.)
I like Nutter. I’m from his Council district, so I’ve been seeing him around for years.
And :smack: on the not being on the pubbie ballot – wasn’t thinking about that.
Oh, I like Nutter too. He at least seems to be less corrupt than your run-of-the-mill Philly mayoral candidate.
(And the google ads are for electing Sharif Street and Bob Brady. Ha.)
