Looks like we’re gonna have a good crowd. It’ll be good to see you again, Ben. We’ve got a different sign than the hastily, badly drawn one of the last time.
I have a feeling that some of us (namely Meros, Verrain and myself) will be there a bit early, for anyone that wants to join us in a drink or two before hand.
And, as always, if anyone wants my cellphone number incase they need to get in touch with the group (or the group needs to get in touch with you), feel free to drop me an e-mail.
I just got in to work and Steve (my office mate) may be joining us along with his girlfriend provided her work schedule allows.
When you mmeet Steve refer to him as AppleRep so that MAYBE he’ll post on AoB once or twice.
That was last night, right? (clears throat) I, uh, forgot. (Out of it? Moi? Got home and was chatting with my neighbor – in the other half of a twin – and found out they’d had their dog put down two months ago.)
That’s okay, twick. We were afraid we ended up leaving you behind. We had to change venues because Finnegan’s Wake wouldn’t let our underaged members in. We ended up at Eulogy instead (waiting until around 6:45 before leaving, incase you were running a little late) and had a wonderful time.
We’re planning for another one in two weeks, so hopefully things won’t conspire against you. 
Phew! It was about 6:45 when I realized I did have plans – and 6:46 when I said “eff it, I’ll nuke a Lean Cuisine” – so I would have been ditched and come home and cried myself to sleep, no doubt.
Another ugly scene averted.
Glad you all had a good time! My prior commitment was setting up a 15’ tall inflatable lion moonbounce for the kids and cleaning up prior to the caterers arrival. The advantage to being on setup is that you can pick the beers purchased-I enjoyed Stoudt Scarlet Lady ESB most of the afternoon. 
So, are we getting together on August 1st? Who’s up for it? And where do you want to go?
(And is there any way we can talk a few others from the area that haven’t had a chance to join the fun into coming?)

Well, I know that if I weren’t already a regular that would certainly be incentive to get me out. 
Cleophus, darlin’, you are really getting to know me well. Now you need to say that in the Labor Day Fest thread.
I propose Black Sheep, an Irish pub on 17th St and Latmer. Their website is http://www.theblacksheeppub.com (Warning: Flash site w/ sound). I’ve confirmed that they allow those under 21 in (can’t sit at the bar, though), they take Friday reservations, and they shouldn’t have a problem seating a normal-sized group at our usual 6:30-7:00 time.

No can do – I’ll be leaving for vacation ASAP Saturday morning, so I’ll be packing and getting organized.
