Physical attraction

There’s a certain look or face & body type that I find really attractive in women. I can’t say exactly what the combination of features is, but I think of Audrey Hepburn, Alyssa Milano and moooost especially Ashley Judd as prime examples.

That being said, among women I meet in real life who fit that sort of profile, they’re predominantly East Asian. Don’t know why, but there it is.

I’ve only ever really been attracted to caucasians. I don’t even find people of my own race (Maori) particularly attractive.

I’m not sure why that should be; I don’t have any issues with any race or culture otherwise.

Generally, Caucasian females. Liking blondes and redheads will do that for one.

For me, it’s simply “attractive women”. I can’t remember an occasion when skin colour every came into it.

This. I voted “other woman” because of that. Most of my relationships happen to have been with caucasian women, but that’s largely because of the catchment. I have had girlfriends from other population groups though, and nothing about anyone’s racial features would bias me towards or away from. I just like birds.

Nope.

Caucasian men, though Asian men is a very very close second. But in caucasian men, I like a similar look - tall, slim, bright eyes, not bulky and hairy.

In my case, attraction is not about color, more about shape. And your poll is flawed: Hispanic is Not A Color. Antonio Banderas, Shakira, Daddy Yankee and Alberto Fujimori are all Hispanic.

Other: generally, Mediterranean, which Hispanic more-or-less approximates, but not quite. Also, not close to an exclusive preference.

Women pick white men and men pick white women. Yawn. You really needed a poll for this?

I am a white bisexual male, and my favorite type of person is brown. A latina, Indian, Moroccan, or Persian will turn my head pretty much equally.

After that, white, then Asian. I don’t tend to find black people that attractive, but my last partner was black, so that’s no absolute either.

Caucasian female here attracted to asian males or other caucasian females though I’ve never dated either.

You don’t have a choice for “have no physical type.” I’ve dated guys with many different physical types: yes, mostly white, but not exclusively. And there are all kinds of guys I think are attractive who I haven’t dated. Yes, I do tend to end up in relationships with guys who are taller than me who have dark hair, but that’s because I’m short, and most of the guys in my environment are guys who are taller than me with dark hair. The real issue is culture, however you want to define that; I’m most attracted to somewhat introverted, hyperintellectual geeks with a goofy streak.

I will admit to having a cheekbone fetish, though, if there is such a thing…

my vote…

ATFHC’s…Asian “Trust fund” hippie chicks…

ymmv

Unless it’s an American Indian or “Black” accent, of course!

I have no ideal. I judge each woman as she is. I am 5 7 and lived for years with a woman over 6 feet tall. It never occurred to me it was a problem. I have lived in the lily white suburbs for most of my life, so I have not been in contact with many black women. I doubt it would have made any difference. My neighborhood is heavily Arabic. The young women are beautiful. I am too old to get involved now, but I doubt that I would have judged them in the old days. I have dated biker women too.

Where all th’ white wimmen at?

'Scuse me while I whip this out …

I was curious so looked you up on the portrait gallery. You’re cute! You’re Maori and you’re cute!

To answer the poll, I put white guys. I’m a white gal and never dated anything but the white guys. I do find Hispanic men the most objectively handsome, though, truth be told.

The Indians and blacks I know don’t have accents. If I met one with an accent I’d definitely be more attracted to her. I’m attracted to people who don’t sound the same as everyone else I meet.

Race? Please, it’s all about blood type: it’s O- or go home! Some people have termed this a “fetish,” but that’s just typical A+ thinking.
