Apparently, she’s going to be shown off in Vanity Fair.
You know, it looks to me like the cover pic has been heavily retouched.
To me it looks like Suri is Asian… Or perhaps Thetan?

Normally I’m very eh about net gossip but the artificial look of the photos has me thinking this one may be plausible. Is the baby wearing a toupee?

Ditto- I came in here to say that no baby I’ve ever seen has hair that dark. It looks dyed. Also, the kid looks a lot older than it really is. However, Suri has her mom’s pretty eyes, so she has that going for her.
I had the same thought about the hair. As it happens, my son was born the same day as Suri and he barely has any hair and it’s not longer than half an inch. That looks like the amount I would expect on a 1 year old.

These photos were supposedly taken in July when Suri was 3 months old. That is not a 3 month old baby. No way, no how. She appears to be wearing a wig with her natural hair color showing at the hairline but I just cannot believe that Vanity Fair would not retouch a cover photograph so it wouldn’t show this so blatantly. Unless this is Vanity Fair’s way of gaining more publicity and selling more copies? I’ve read that it took 21 days to retouch the photos to Tom’s liking. Maybe VF ran an untouched photo for the cover?
She’s a very cute baby but I still stand by my theory that she is not a product of any unholy union between Tom and Katie.
I just IM’d Doper Ellen Cherry with “The picture of Suri Cruise looks photoshopped” and I am delighted to see others feel similarly.
Oh, come on, people…I’ve seen babies with a full head of (usually) dark hair before…had one in the store just the other day, in fact. Stop looking for conspiracies and trickery. Yes, I’m sure there’s a bit of retouching as in any magazine picture, but check it against the rest of the pictures inside when the issue comes out, and remember that every baby is different…just because yours was bald, doesn’t mean ever baby is bald at birth!
But do you think maybe Katie had a bout of post-partum depression herself, and that’s why Tom apologized to Brooke? Not pp-psychosis, but the normal baby blues. I think once you go through it as a family you realize how real it is. I was lucky, mine only lasted a day or two, but maybe she’s been out of the spotlight because hers lasted a while.
I see nothing wrong with the baby, lots of babies are born with a full head of hair. Their baby is cute but i wouldn’t say she was the most beautiful baby ever. TOm and Katie look a little haggard however.

I think it’s nice how Tom’s jacket hides the body fur and tentacles.
Yeah, some babies do have that much hair (not my 3 month old cueball son though).
I have taken enough pictures of my son though that I know he looks different in every one. Some make him look fat, skinny, bored, angelic, cross-eyed, etc.
Take dozens of them and your bound to get a good one.
Add to that lots of airbrushing and color enhancement (deep blue eyes, dark black hair, olive skin) and that’s probably not even close to what the baby looks like in real life.
