In the youtube app, when the video you want to link to is opened, there’s a curved right arrow in the upper corner of the “screen” the video plays in (that’s the universal icon for “share”). Tap it and in the next screen, tap “Copy link”. Go to the app in which you want to insert the link, tap into the edit window and chose “paste”. Done. At least that’s the way it works for Android, but I guess it will be at least similar on iOs.
