First of all we yankees are pretty smart, stop lumping us all in the same boat. Secondly New England is made up of 6 states not just Connecticut. I lived in Vermont for 26 years am not currently there but hope to return this year. I am sorry you had a bad experiance with you health care providers however constantly refering to them as cows and saying they each weighed 3000 pounds is wrong and you know it. I really really think you should go back to California because you clearly do not belong where you are. Of course we have some bad apples EVERY state does but you really have to stop slamming Nwlingland (as you put it wrongly) or get the hell out.

I find Amateur Barbarian to be a fairly annoying know-it-all, of the “there he goes again” eye-rolling variety. He’s overly impressed with his own intelligence, and overly impressed with his own ability to communicate and argue a point.
In kind, he’s not that much different from a lot of us that post here. The degree to which he takes it is just ridiculous.
