Please. I'm begging you. SHUTUP ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON ALREADY

I was actually undecided twixt Hill & Barry initially, but her refusal to drop the “plagiarism” charges was the deciding factor. In addition to the lameness of the charges from someone who (like almost every other public figure who gives a lot of speeches) uses professional speech writers, it was the fact that the actual booing and “C’mon Hilly!” derision, much of it from her own supporters, just made her defend the charges all the more. That’s too Bushlike.

My God! Don’t I seem to remember from just a few years that you all thought she was the next best thing to sliced bread?

That was before we tasted Nutella.

I love Nutella on Graham Crackers!

I’d love to see some cites on that.

I rarely say this, but you caused a spit take by me.

Damn good response!

No one seems to actually use her last name. Every time I hear about her the news fellows refer to her as Hillary. They never refer to the other candidates by first name.

She dropped Rodham when she ran for senator and dropped Clinton when Bill became such an insufferable ass, around South Carolina.

There’s talk of each dropping their last names if they form a ticket: Rodham-Hussein 2008. They’re already trying to license Scooby Doo for commercials.

Evidence of the media’s willingness to accept her narrative. She has called her campaign “Hillary for President.” Her campaign thinks it is softer, doesn’t raise the baggage of the “Clintons,” and makes her seem more like an outsider without having the word “senate” in front of her name all the time. Responsible media types should probably refer to them both as Senator _____ .

Because her campaign wisely doesn’t want to associated with the OTHER Clinton. Us 'Mericans aint got sucha good memory

Or of their need to differentiate her from another well-known pol with the same last name. Same reason the Iraqi dictator wasn’t usually called “Hussein”.

Usually they seem to - except for the NY Times, which insists on calling her Ms. Clinton for some damn reason, perhaps to imply that her success is due to her husband.

You mean it isn’t?

No, those are Right-wing Republican pundits observing the scene.

I grant you, it is an easy mistake to make. But careful naturalists have observed that the crocodiles only bite when hungry or angered. :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought you could tell them by the tears.

Ask and ye shall receive.

Man, would I like to have some of what you are smoking! Was that a troll? Would this be the same MSM that manufactured news to keep Grey Davis in Sacramento? They love Billary, and for the same reasons. They both represent iron socialism in a velvet glove. Christ, they ignored the homeless for exactly eight years, just for them!

"And in today’s news gathered with the aid of veteran Hillary-watchers, Obama’s caucus win in Wyoming was noted to be of little importance, seeing that caucauses favor Obama due to their emphasis on organization and enthusiasm…

…and of course those qualities are not representative of the rest of the country, which Hillary has won."

Maureen: SHUT UP!!

LOVELY SPIN…WONDERFUL SPIN!!

So you’re begging people to shut up about Hillary Clinton, but you’re not whining about the number of Hillary-bashing threads (which leaves, what, the vast number of pro-Hillary threads?), but you admire her greatly, but you don’t want to see or hear her name again, so you started a thread about it. K.

Seriously? “It doesn’t really bother me much that she’s a hardnosed bitch” was supposed to be a compliment? “It doesn’t really bother me much” is supposed to look complimentary? If I tell someone that her odor doesn’t really bother me much, I’m complimenting her perfume?“Hardnosed bitch” is not supposed to look insulting without context to indicate otherwise? If I really want to flatter a woman I should tell her, “It doesn’t really bother me much that you’re a hardnosed bitch”? If she misunderstands me, it’s her problem? Wow.
