Please stop confusing me...

Well, I guess since you’ve already read the very informative piece by Manda JO, it’s safe for you to read Cecil’s very informative piece on how to become a eunuch. :stuck_out_tongue:

Instead of acting like an asshole, maybe you should just stop dating them.

Jeez, there’s a statement likely to start a row. She’ll just accuse you of patronizing her.

As always, one can always consult Dave Barry for suitable words of wisdom.

I started reading this to my wife, because I thought she would find this amusing. Halfway through the second sentence, she says, “Okay, stop right there. Are you reading this to patronize me? Because you’ve got that tone…” :smack: :stuck_out_tongue:

<-------Meekly raises hand…

Guilty.

My bf is VERY matter of fact, and when he gets tired, he sounds mad, at least to me. Even though I try to make myself believe him when he says “no, I’m just tired”.

I still think that he’s just “trying to be nice” and really I’ve done something to piss him off, and he’s just not saying.

I guess for a lot of us, it’s “a girl thing”.

But, I don’t give him grief for it, as the OP’s gf did, if he says “I’m tired,” even if I don’t believe him, I go off and do my own thing and leave him alone, regardless of how it makes me feel.

The OP doesn’t say how old he or his gf are, but maybe she’s/they are just young, and haven’t gotten to the “oh, well” stage yet?

Her and I are both 17 years old. I’m at the oh well stage, and I think that that’s the problem. Oh well…
