Pointless Poll: What did you have for breakfast?

The title says it all really. What did you eat for breakfast today. Since I posted this silly thing, I’ll start off.

Five “Brown n’ Serve” sausage links (microwaved), 2 pieces of twelve grain toast with English blackberry preserves (courtesy of the local fancy foods-type store), a bottle of water and a glass of “no pulp” orange juice.

And a multi-vitamin. No coffee yet, perhaps later.
I like rather “gentle” foods (i.e. not ultra-hot spicy colon cleansers) early in the morning to give my stomach a break. By lunchtime I usually ingest whatever garbage I feel like eating. I just have a delicate stomach in the morning, I suppose. Which means the sausages were perhaps a mistake.

Oh well.

Coffee

This morning I be mostly eating weetabix.

Coffee + toast + toast + toast + toast + coffee.

Coffee…the breakfast of champions.

Lousy stinking ass-flavored office coffee, because my freakin’ alarm clock didn’t go off and I had ten minutes to get ready for work, and my sweet husband didn’t wake up in time to make me any.

Oh, and because of this thread I remembered just now to grab a Spriru-tein Strawberry Yogurt Coated Bar from my stash. chomp

I had a handful of dry Honey Nut Clusters Cereal and 2 cups of coffee. Later followed by a banana and a peppermint patty.

Slept through breakfast. Almost slept through lunch. Of course, that is because I never went to bed the previous night, and had been up for nearly 36 hours. If “breakfast” just means whatever I ate first today though, then it was two nasty microwaved burritos.

Peppermint tea, Breakstone cottage cheese with apples, apple cinnamon granola bar, vanilla yoghurt granola bar, coffee.

Hard-boiled egg in half of a whole wheat pita, cantaloupe, water.

A whole wheat tortilla with some hummus, sliced deli ham and a little cheese, nuked for about 25 seconds to get all warm and soft. A small container of some mixed fruit (kiwi, strawberries, melon, pineapple, etc). Earl Gray Tea. I was VERY hungry this morning.

Um, two strawberries and a small handful of almonds at home. Two cups of coffee and a CarbSolutions bar at work.

An EAS Advant Edge Low Carb Shake with and Atkins Endulge Chocolate bar, ah the joys of dieting. Actually they are both pretty good and very fast, which is a definate plus in the a.m.

One large coffee, two regular size cigarettes. Aahh, heathly living.

A glass of 1% milk, Cheerios Berry Burst, blueberry applesauce (homemade). Then, a cup of Lipton hot tea (yuck!) when I got to work, because I ran out of my own tea yesterday and forgot to bring more in.

Two Eggos with fresh blueberries and maple syrup, and a tall glass of cold milk. Yum. Of course, you caught me on a good day.

Dunkin’ Donuts- for the man who likes his doughnuts misspelled, and his coffee in styrofoam…

Sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, and a large coffee.

A bowl of Golden Grahams and coffee.

2 toasted (grilled) tunafish and lettuce sandwiches (with lots of onion and gerkins).
