If the election were held tomorrow whom would you vote for and whom do you speculate would win.
I would vote for Gore, but I think Bush would come out on top.

I’d vote for Brown again. I wouldn’t vote for Gore if you put a gun to my head, and I’m really starting to dislike Bush.
I check the box marked D: Fish
Watching what that Maniacal Goofball from Texas is doing in utter horror, I would cast another vote for Gore (or for a soapdish) to get the lunatic out of Washington.
I’d shoot myself.
Gore. again. sigh. I just hope we come up with someone better in the next two years.
I’m hoping that the Dems have enough sense to drop Gore and come up with a good moderate candidate who’s at least somewhat respectable. (There must be at least one, right?)
Although, compared to the loser warhawk from Texas, even Gore is starting to look like a good alternative.

[sup][sub]sorry twickster47, but I just couldn’t improve on that [/sub][/sup]
Bush, no doubt.
Bush 56%
Gore 44%
I voted for Gore; I’d vote for Bush.
Gore’s a nutcase. Bush is far cleverer than his haters want to believe.
Gore. A thousand times Gore if I could.
I’d say “anyone but Bush”, and it would more accurately sum up my feelings on the subject, but with God as my witness, I’m not falling for that one again.
Well, I don’t think I could vote for Bush. I didn’t vote for him the first time around, and I dislike his policies even more now.
But I also think Gore…he’s not presidential material, despite the fact that I did vote for him last election. So I’d have to do some looking into the other candidates - or hope the Demos had the sense to put someone else up against Bush.
Gore. Unfortunately, neither he nor the Democratic Party is going to break with corporate America and come over to the side of working people. no one will bite the hand that feeds them.
Bush, since we can’t bring Reagan back.
Rice in 2008.
Gore.
Gore.
Bush.
Gore is a bigger idiot than the Dems want you to believe Bush is. Don’t believe me? Read Gore’s book Earth First.
Slee
Gore.
Maybe we sacrifice Gore in 2004, giving the other Dem presidential hopefuls another four years to gain more experience and household name recognition. Nothing worse for a potential presidential career than being a one-time loser. I can’t think of any Dems, at least in this century, who have ever recovered from a loss and later become president. On a positive note, 2008 should be wide open.
Despite the lousy economy and all his other potential negatives, Bush has a strong popularity rating. Unless there’s a major, major screwup in the next two years, Bush looks unbeatable. Sadly.
Never Gore. My last vote was basically against Gore and that has not changed.
I beleive you’re thinking of Earth in the Balance, which I haven’t read and will not comment on. Earth First are radical environmentalists, and I would be very surprised to learn that a moderate like Gore had anything to do with them, other than a vague sympathy for environmental issues.
