I laugh every time the creepy-as-fuck Greendale Human Being is on screen, but The Dean wins. He’s just a Craigular Joe.
Going by the same criteria as the OP, I picked Jeff. Not because he’s the funniest (probably Dean or Troy), the most likeable (Annie), or the most refreshing (Britta), but because he’s a * perfect* straight man for the group. His degree of narcissism and manipulation is fantastic, and he’s a perfect hub for the rest of the group to circle around.
Without Jeff, they’re just a study group of loveable misfits. Winger makes them a great.
