e) doesn’t matter/other/don’t drink wine - I have an adverse reaction to wine (it’s a migraine trigger), so I usually drink beer. I hate light beers, and prefer dark, full-bodied beers or ciders, if that helps.

*I’m guessing, dark chocolate, red wine, beef and dark roast go together, right? As in extreme tastes? You’re a warm-blooded, extreme person when you like all four? *:wink:

That’s what I’d guess to.

As for me:

  1. Dark chocolate (milk chocolate is an abomination :slight_smile: )
  2. Red wine (although I like my whites & roses just as well)
  3. Beef (Pork a close second)
  4. Medium roast for brewed/French press coffee; dark for espresso
