I voted that she doesn’t need a cheeseburger, but on reflection I’ve decided that were she to go to a 5 Guys with me, I’d have no choice but to buy her dinner. I’d also have to leave the car running in case SWMBO found out. 
I think she is perfectly designed for her job, a job where being ultra thin and having easily photographed, prominent bone structure are assets.
