Balsam Hills sells a very realistic looking, 5 foot tall, Santa Claus figurine. In one of the promo photos they’re positioned said Santa to peek out at you from behind a Christmas tree.
If you shared a home with such a figurine, stuffed behind your Christmas tree, catching sight of it repeatedly when you’re sleepy in the morning, in the dark of night, when you’re home alone, when you are looking for your kid/grandkid/pet etc. between now and Christmas is likely to evoke more of which sort of reaction from you?
If you’ve flown on a 747, have you ever gotten to sit on the upper deck? It’s usually first/business class, but I think a few airlines have put economy class seats up there.
Yes
No
I’ve never flown on a 747, but I still want to vote
I almost always use the toilet right before I get in the shower, just because it’s a convenient time to go. But then I don’t wash my hands like I normally would, because I figure they’ll get clean in the shower. Then it recently hit me that when I’m in the shower I don’t actually scrub my hands together like when I’m washing them at the sink, so maybe they’re not getting as clean as I think they are. After I had that realization, I started actually consciously washing my hands in the shower.
So, do you consciously wash your hands in the shower, as in getting soap on them and scrubbing them like you would at the sink?
Yes, I always do this.
I do it sometimes, but not every time I shower.
I wasn’t, but I will now that you pointed that out.
No, they get soap on them when I wash other parts. That should get them clean enough, right?
My parents are very particular about passport or driver’s license photos - it must look good (beautiful, well-groomed, handsome, etc.) because it’s your official photo. I on the other hand think that the only people who will look at such photos are immigration officers, DMV staff or so forth who could not care less whether the person is beautiful or handsome.
Do you think it’s important for official passport/license photos to look good?
