You are in charge of an office/department/business. One employee, Person A, has issues and cannot go anywhere without an Emotional Support Dog. Another employee, Person B, has issues and is deathly afraid of dogs. How do you resolve this?
Ban the dog. Person A will have to learn to function at work without it.
Allow the dog. Person B will have to learn to function at work in the presence of the dog.
Let Person A go, since they cannot function in a normal work environment.
Let Person B go, because they don’t like dogs, and that’s not normal!.
Allow Person A and Person B “work things out themselves”, which of course will mean that Person A will keep bringing the dog to work and Person B will have to live with it or quit.
Some kind of plan to accommodate both workers, such as Person A works on even days and Person B works on odd days.

You are still in charge of an office/department/business, but with different employees.
Person C is someone who feeds off energy, and thus needs lots of noise to work: they play loud metal or rap music, but would be OK with any kind of loud energetic music like Opera or Marching Band or whatever. Person D needs to concentrate and think and wants peace and quiet. How do you resolve this?
Ban loud music. Person C will have to get non-leaky headphones or something.
Allow loud music. Person D will have to get high-level earplugs or something.
Give Person C a sound-proof office.
Give Person D a sound-proof office.
Allow Person C and Person D to “work things out themselves”, which of course will mean that Person C will keep playing loud music and Person D will have to live with it or quit.
Some kind of plan to accommodate both workers such as music in the mornings, quiet in the afternoons.
If you could go back in time and correct every financial mistake you’ve made, how much more money would you have right now? (leaving out answers like, “I chose the wrong lottery numbers”)
For all us readying for, and preparing for the end of season car trips, or planning holiday season driving trips, a safety equipment poll.
How many of the following safety or survival equipment kits/features does your primary driving vehicle have currently stored within?
Whatever the car came with ( spare tire / donut / Fix-a-flat and associated equipment.
Nothing, it’s missing/never even had/used up the default equipment.
A basic road emergency kit (flares, flashlight, jumper cables, or similar).
An advanced road emergency kit ( basic kit plus tire inflator, additional tools, or similar).
Enough tools and equipment to rebuild my vehicle from scratch, bring it on 'Pocalypse!
A glass or window breaking tool.
A basic survival kit ( emergency blanket, poncho, food, water, basic first aid, multitool, etc).
An advanced survival kit (similar to basic, but more complete, or with additional supplies/tools, including emergency tent, fishing tools, compass)
Enough survival equipment to make even the best equipped scavenger drool!
Something else you didn’t ask about that I’ll mention in the Discussion Thread.
I keep a Bacon-Hindu-Atheist in my care to Handle all of the Above.
I have no vehicle, or no vehicle with which I could reasonably carry any of the above.

NOTE - I considered and deliberately left out an option for Firearms or other “Defensive” Equipment, as it would generate (rightly) too much controversy. Feel free to make your own poll/thread about that if you wish.
How many times have you been to the ER for yourself? Feel free to ballpark/estimate. I went back and forth on whether to include urgent care, and I’m going to say yes if it’s something that might have sent you to the ER before urgent care became so prevalent.
Has there ever been a presidential election (Democrat vs. Republican) in which you were unsure, at some point, which candidate you’d be voting for in November?
Yes, there’s been at least one election where I was unsure if I’d go D or R
No, I’ve always known far in advance who I’d vote for
