What is the most you’ve ever paid for a single ticket to a concert, play, opera, ballet, comedy act, or similar staged public performance? You can count a performance by multiple performers on a single day, but let’s not include multi-day festivals or sports events.
Less than $20
$20 to $50
$50 to $100
$100 to $250
$250 to $500
$500 to $750
$750 to $1000
$1000 to $2000
Over $2000
I’ve never been to any such performance, but I want to click something.
Nothing in that thread says polls aren’t allowed, therefore they are allowed.
They might not technically be against the rules, but please keep the polls in this thread for everyone’s sanity.
The fact that this thread is “polls only, no discussion” implies that the other thread is “discussion only, no polls” even if it’s not explicitly stated. No polls in the discussion thread!
I have a very nuanced opinion that doesn’t fit into any of the above categories.
Poll only for US citizens who support the Democratic Party. (ETA: Looks like the first few respondents were erased when I edited to allow people to choose only one answer)
Which of these statements do you MOST agree with?
The Democrats would win more elections if they were more progressive.
Democrats would win more elections if they were more moderate.
Our policies aren’t the problem; our losses in two of the last three Presidential elections have been mostly due to poor candidate selection and/ or campaign strategy
I’ve deliberately created a 2 hour video that is designed to be as hard to watch as possible. The exception being I haven’t used any techniques that are actually illegal to film, (no CSAM etc). How much would I have to pay you to watch it? You must watch it with the care you would normally watch a cinema film and if you want to leave early you lose $50 rather than receiving any payment.
Suppose someone has a television that receives a signal via a coaxial cable and is billed by a cable company but is only subscribed to local channels such as ABC and NBC and not cable channels such as ESPN or TNT. Person A says they do not have cable because they only receive channels that they used to receive over the air before the switch to digital. Person B says they do have cable because they get TV via a cable company. Whom do you agree with?
