In Toronto the phrasing is “tap on” and “tap off”. Yeah, I’d tap that.
Isn’t that one of this things that is technically always valid, though, like “Season’s Greetings”? Sometimes the appropriate amount of PPE is “none”, and sometimes the appropriate amount is “spacesuit”.
