There’s a Finnish game magazine, Pelit. It’s generally a good magazine, and one of the best features is a column by Niko Nirvi, who has reviewed games for various magazines from the 80s. Nirvi’s columns are generally great and sometimes hysterical, like when he suggested teaching history though gaming by writing a column combining the quintessential Finnish war novel, Tuntematon Sotilas, with Counterstrike. This month’s column was about erotica in games, and it was rather run-on-the-mill, but it contained his musings about the possibility of porn games becoming a regular industry - outside of Japan, as well. Like there are porn versions of movies, he suggested titles for porn versions of games:

Of course, he then continued about how he couldn’t imagine what those games could be like. Let’s ignore this point for a while and try to come up with some porn game titles, in the same, uh, vein.

Anyway, the owner of one Final Fantasy fansite once created a box for Final Fantasy XXX by putting several pieces of hentai art together in Photoshop (or other similar program). The interesting thing is that if Square Enix sticks with the Roman numbers in the games’ titles and continues making them, a game with such a name will one day exist.
