So Rhiannon8404 is in the middle of a two week trip to Italy, leaving the boy and I to amuse ourselves. Today we decided to drive up into the Sierras until we found snow. We ran around throwing snowballs at each other until I was thoroughly worn out, then the boy decided he’d like to explore farther back into the woods, away from the crowds of people withtheir toboggans.
So now he’s running through the forest keeping it safe from all sorts of evil-doers (he’s 6)n while I get to sit back against a convenient log and enjoy a lovely 65 degree day in the middle of an unspoiled (except for our own footprints) snowy meadow.
