You mean Tetrahydrozoline HCl? Phenolthaline is used as an indicator for bases and is non-toxic AFAIK. You sure you’re not thinking of Phenylalanine, as seen in Diet Coke? It can kill phenylketonurics, as indicated on the label. Peanuts can kill people too.

Right, I got my words mixed around- what panksters *used to * add back in my college chem days was Phenolthaline, which has been withdrawn from the OTC drug market by the FDA because of possible dangers- it used to be the active drug in Ex-Lax for example. **Tetrahydrozoline HCl ** is in some eyedrops, and can be very dangerous to injest. Don’t add either one, or anything else for that matter, as a prank.
