No. Politics and history evolve. The USSR dissolved without a shot being fired. And Eastern Euro communist governments. Its not impossible that China could evolve into some sort of a democracy. Then the CCP could be booted without bloodshed. But, as I said, thats not likely. Chinese governments have traditionally fallen through violent means.
