Eating peanut butter and jelly together of course requires two slices of white bread, one slathered with grape jelly (I fully expect to hear form devotees of other flavors on THAT) and the other with either smooth or crunchy peanut butter. Mind you, the bread should be Wonder Bread or another highly refined bleached flour type. Whole-grain, healthfood-type bread just doesn’t make a proper PBJ sandwich.

Real peanut butter, consisting of only peanuts, oil, and salt, with fresh strawberry preserves, fruit, pectin, and sugar only, on whole wheat, stone ground bread. Sliced diagonally. Dipped in ice cold whole cow milk.
An amazing cacophany of tastes and textures!
I can’t stand peanut butter cookies or candy, though… It’s loathsome.
