Predictions and babies

Regarding the comment that Jeanne Dixon and others make lots of predictions and hope one or two comes true reminds me of the old obstetrician who always predicted the sex of the baby. He would tell the woman what it would be and record it on a calendar in his office. What he would do, however, is write down the opposite of what he said. When he was right, the parents were pleased. When he was wrong, he could take them to the calendar and show them that he had indeed “predicted” correctly and that they heard him wrong. Clever, huh?
