Price watch (gas)

[QUOTE=ralph124c]
Concord, MA (independent station): regular was $3.549/gallon. Attendent expected price to rise another 4-5 cents this week!
Cheap vodka is now about $8.00/gallon-so can ethanaol be far behind/

Where in the hell do you get cheap vodka for $8.00 per gallon? The cheapest I’ve ever seen, and that was years ago, was maybe $8.99 for 1.75 liters…

Joe

Pasadena, gas hit 4.03 today right of the Fair Oaks exit. A few blocks away at Los Robles/Walnut it was 3.81.

Beg pardon?? :confused:

Joe

Those prices posted in the first day or so of this thread look like heaven, now that it’s all of three weeks later.

I skipped a lot - did anyone mention GasBuddy? I especially like the temperature map.

I am in the east San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, CA.
Alliance had the 87 gas at $3.81 today. The mid-range (89) runs about $3.95 at many stations but some are above that. I don’t keep an eye on premium or diesel.
And just how did Valero get to be so high? They used to be lower than the bigger companies.

You’re looking too high on the shelf. The cheap vodka is down by your shins.

Cocord, MA: was $3.549/gallon this morning…this evening…$3.699! The Boston papers report thta NOBODY is buying big SUVs anymore, and their trade-in value has plummeted.

Bloor and Prince Edward: $1.269/L. Out by the highway: $1.239.

$3.89 at the Speedway down the street. Lansing, MI.

:eek: Yikes! I’m doubly thrilled now at finding regular for $3.41 at the Bradley Sinclair in Aurora, Colorado.

Yeesh. It jumped 2o to 30 cents since yesterday morning.

[QUOTE=Winston Smith on April 15th, 2008]
$3.18/gal. this morning in the northern suburbs of Boston. This was a full service station that is ironically the least expensive place around. I’ve probably got it good compared to many of you. What are y’all paying for gas, and where are you?

Ah, the good old days.

Michigan -from 3.80 to 4.09.

Hmm. It went down a couple of cents per litre here today. Is an increase coming?

Filled up yesterday @ $4.09/gallon (87 octane) in Hyde Park, Chicago.

I’m jealous! Yesterday we went up to $1.319. Come on, we’re closer to Alberta than you are!

$3.79. Ohio.
