I tried to print a “roster,” prepared in Microsoft Excel, off my e-mail service (Hotmail). It did not print the lower one-third of the rows or the rightmost few columns, and I have no idea how to get these parts to print (“selecting” or blocking doesn’t work).
Can you open the file in Excel, or can you only view it within your browser?
If the roster is a table pasted into an email, it might be several different things, like a metafile or bmp. If you can’t select individual cells, just the whole chuck that’s been pasted in, it’s probably a picture.
Anyway, I think if I ran into a problem where I can see something on screen but can’t print it from where I’ve got it, I’d probably hit print screen, open MS Paint, paste, copy the just bit I want, paste that into a new image, and print that out. Or, if the pic can be selected, paste that straight into an image or Word doc.
Assuming I understand the question correctly, which I usually don’t.
If you are trying to print this after opening the file in Excel, then there is probably a print area set up. Try Page Layout, Print Area, Clear Print Area, then try to print again.
