Maybe it’s been shown before, but this was the first time I noticed it: Lassiter’s coffee mug, with the inscription: “Shoot first, drink coffee later.”
I remember it at least one other time. In season 3 (I think) when Kevin Sorbo plays a bounty hunter, Lassiter gets pissed at him for drinking out of his mug, and it had that inscription.
I sit corrected. You are absolutely right; I just saw that episode tonight (DVRed a bunch of them off Ion Network), with Sorbo as “Bird” the bounty hunter from 2007. The mug with the “Shoot First” inscription appeared in the pre-credit sequence. Later in the episode, Lassie’s mug said “Real Detectives Do It With Chalk Outlines.”
I’m going to have to watch that mug more closely from now on!..
ETA: is there a term for Psych geeks? You know, like Deadheads or Trekkies? Because I think I am one. Psychos, maybe? Nahhh, that’s too obvious.
