Ahem… In the hopes of contributing absolutely nothing of value to the discussions of the SDMB, I hereby challenge any and all comers to a Punslinging Duel To The Death. The rules are as follows:

[li]Puns may be slung upon any post by any member in any thread of the SDMB.[/li][li]Slingers must either provide a link to the post upon which the pun was slung or provide a quotation of both their slung pun and the original post upon which the pun was slung in this thread for the pun to be counted as slung.[/li][li]Puns must be slung after the timestamp of this post.[/li][li]Slingers must repeat the incantation “the pun is slung” ten times fast.[/li][li]The Duel will continue until the mod sees fit to kill the thread.[/li][li]Somebody else will have to figure out how we determine a winner, because I’m sick of typing this stupid post.[/li][li]Fabulous prizes will not be awarded.[/li][/ul]
