I have a set of cousins who might as well be my siblings, as their dad was my dad’s brother and their mom was my mom’s sister.
I believe the proper term for that is “double first cousins” and you share about 1/4 of your DNA with them, while you share 1/2 with your regular siblings.
Still, a bit high of a fraction, for my comfort.
(But I did have crushes on a couple of them, some sixty years ago.)
