It’s a stupid argument, but it keeps popping up, and recently it popped up on The Mindy Project, where Danny says that if a guy likes that he is a pedo.

And of course more men do like it all shaved off compared to any other option.

Well I wrote this the first time and the message board swallowed it (it logged me out), so 2nd try…

The vast majority of women prefer men to shave their face. Adult men should not naturally have smooth faces, this makes them look much much younger and more like a boy.

So are most women really pedos?

Next, consider if women might like men to shave it all off (actually most women do seem to prefer this) if penises were considerably shorter and hair considerable longer? To the extent all they had to look at was a big ball of pubes?

I think you’d find women preferring to look at him, at skin and flesh, his penis and not his pubic hair.

Next, if we continue with this ‘what if’ of short penises and long pubic hair, how interested might she be in giving him a blow job of she has to get hair in her mouth to do it because the penis is underneath hair?

Next consider that while long flowing hair is feminine, short curly hair is masculinizing.
Coarse dark pubic hair is both kinda disgusting and definitely masculine, like a hairy chest or back, but even many women don’t want a guy to be that rugged, wild and woolly.

Now personally I do quite like the look of light blonde and some shades or red/ginger pubes provided the vulva is smooth, but dark ones are not nice to look at, in a way shaving some but not all makes it look worse as they look harder, like a military buzz cut. Not feminine.

It is also less clean, becoming sweaty and smelly in that jungle of hairs.
Additionally scratching during sex.
And hairs in mouth don’t mix, no man that likes eating pussy wants a mouthful of hair. It is a tolal failure where sex is concerned. And pubic lice are no problem if women shave.

It is not normal to look at a shaved adult labia and make the connection to a child.
Those who do make this connection likely are the ones who have issues in this area, repressing their own tenancies.

Many women prefer the look of their own vulva bare , are they now lesbian pedos who are into themselves?

Maybe if women want to please men by shaving it all off but want to be sure they don’t get a pedo for a partner, may I suggest large breast implants to counteract :slight_smile:

I agree that it’s a stupid argument. A preference for shaving is not a reliable indicator for pedophilia.

Other than that, I’d have to disagree with just about everything else you said. Pubic hair is there for a reason and I prefer it to stay put. Most of your listed disadvantages are either personal preferences or they’re imaginary problems.

The arguments people give for equating a preference to shaved pubic hair to pedophilia could be just as easily applied to a preference for shaven underarm hair. It’s just a fashion.

Me, I’m a woman, and I like clean-shaven, and I like stubble, and I like beards, and I like moustaches with beards. I don’t really like moustaches by themselves though. But those are just my preferences.

I have not seen a poll, but when people have asked the question if women like men to be shaved the answers for shaved were surprisingly abundant and seemed more so than any other, with the next most popular being trimmed.

Polls have shown more men like a fully bald pussy than any other option. And porn backs this up.

The one about women preferring to see a penis over hair is indeed speculatory, and yet it seems like a safe assumption based on the other point.

Next is oral sex, now if anyone here like getting hairs in their mouth please tell me, personally I find this gag making especially if one comes loose.
Additionally I am often not quite sure once a hair has got into my mouth if it is still there or really gone.

As for Hygiene, sweat and smell, these are facts, perhaps some people like this, and like being scratched from hairs during sex. But I think it seems that would be unlikely.

Remember I am NOT saying that no one or even most people must like to have fresh, clean non scratchy sex. Rather I am saying that these are motivations for some to seek a shaved pussy.

Appearance, is anyone going to argue that coarse wiry black hairs don’t look masculin or do look feminine? Does a man look less masculine with a hairy chest and back to anyone? This is a well established cliché of masculinity.

And so when these same hairs are on a woman, does anyone think they enhance femininity?

Still could you accept that some people find pubic hears to be masculine and unattractive under many circumstances?
Because that is the point, I am not making assumptions here, all these reasons for preferring shaved are given by people who prefer shaved.

A bit of googlng will turn them up, so I’m not assuming a thing, I am putting in one post many of the perfect valid motivators for preferring a smooth pussy.

Maybe some people prefer smooth for reasons not mentioned, and certainly some prefer a bush despite the reasons listed.

Women seem to like my very large goatee or at least some do. I am constantly asked by women if they can touch it, stroke it etc., I almost always say yes. I also kinda like some pubic hair on women, so different strokes yada yada.

Even without the study it could be assumed to be true and even obvious.
Indeed I would say my own experimentation with growing a beard seems to show this as generally true.

But for the point to be made, it doesn’t need to be a majority (which I assert it is) but merely non unusual for a woman to like or prefer a guy with a clean shaven face.

And this could possibly be, but is probably not related to a desire to have sex with prepubescent boys.

There is another poll I didn’t include that had only 12% preferring bald, because this differs with pornography and the above polls I wonder if that poll was invalid for some reason, perhaps due to the reason this thread exists.
