Reasons guys like women to be fully shaved, other than pedophillia

It might do you good to stop dismissing people who point out flaws in your posts as “making silly arguments.”

Being wrong is one thing.
Being wrong and oblivious to your mistakes is another.
Compounding it by perpetuating a condescending attitude while all the time being wrong is a bit off-putting.

What about nose hair below chin level?

Regards,
Shodan

I tried every form of hair removal in the pubic area. I give up. I will keep it trimmed and tidy and unscratchy but if you want to have sex with me, you need to accept that I have pubic hair.

And for the record, I have had no complaints.

I like it because I don’t like to get stray pubes in my mouth (yes it happens) and I like how it looks. I’m never confused into thinking my thirty-two year old fiance is a ten year old, nor am I attracted to children.

Simple reason for me. I’ve, uh, experimented with hair removal myself, in many areas. I know it increased sensation in those areas. A woman who keeps neat seems like she enjoys sex and cares about how it feels (which is very attractive). A woman who doesn’t seems the opposite.

But which is the cause and which is the effect. It is likely that older people prefer a more natural look because of a first encounter via a movie where a full bush was shown.

Thank you so much for the laugh, Tamerlane! At first I was afraid to click on the link, but I’m glad I did. It’s as hilarious as someone actually taking my comment about crabs seriously. Now then, where’s my razor? Let the “deforestation” begin! It’s been a couple of days…

That’s something you’ve just built up in your mind though. The whole hair phobia thing is fairly recent but women have been enjoying sex for eons.

I usually braid those.

Most of the times I ignore the difference unless there is genuine confusion. Also, shaved vaginas :::::shudder:::::

Yes, thanks, and ladies, please stop saying you had your vagina waxed today. It makes me cringe and shudder.

Sample size is not heavily influenced by the size of the total population —I haven’t even looked at the C.I. calculator you’re responsible for, but that number sounds fine.

Sorry, that should be “you mentioned”, not “you’re responsible for”. No idea where that mistake came from.

I see Nairy a thing wrong with what you are saying.

But that assumes a homogenous single population. With a large number of significantly diverse populations the results are no longer valid.
The study cited chose from two countries, both primarily white and Christian. It is in no way representative of the entire human experience.

IRL, they are much better.

Yeah, I’ve always found the claim that fully shaved pubic hair on a man is somehow a prepubescent look to be ridiculous. I mean, how many prepubescent children do you see with big, raging boners? None, that’s how many.

Well … that ain’t necessarily so, believe me!

Well, I know it can, reflexively, happen but it’s not exactly in line with the image of a prepubescent boy.

We’re moving along to another subject besides the “raging boners” of prepubescent boys now. Thanks sincerely.

You’re a funny guy.

Did I or anyone say this had to apply to all life in the universe?

No, besides the fact that it was just a vaguely relevant part of an intentionally ridiculous counter argument about women probably not being pedos for liking guys who shave their face…

It is obvious that it is meant to be interpreted by a reasonable English speaking person, since that is the language we are speaking.

And most English speaking countries are primarily white and Christian.
Indeed I started the OP by mentioning an American sitcom.

Now there might be human like beings elsewhere in the universe, and there are obviously plenty of very different cultures on earth which obviously I was not speaking to. I can also not speak about people all through time, although shaved has often been the fashion for mens faces and genitalia.

Personally I would consider the study far less relevant to this conversation if they talked to people in places that are culturally very different.

But it seems we have discovered the likely answer, you and your beard should go live somewhere far away where beards are more appreciated than they are in the western world. I think they are popular among Arabs.
