At an anime convention in the early 1980’s I saw a wonderful short that I haven’t been able to track down since. All the scenes were an abbreviated editing of ST:TNG’s Encounter at Farpoint. All the vocal tracks were from Duck Dodgers of the 25 1/2 Century, Picard was Duck Dodgers, Ryker was 1st Mate Porky Pig. Q was Marvin the Martian. It was seamless and hilarious. After that I could never see Ryker look at Picard again, without remember him saying “B-b-b-b-b-big deal.”
